Taking over a prime site on Parramatta Road, the new store is the brand’s first-ever three-level megastore, offering a sprawling 2000-square-metre space brimming with secondhand treasures.

From retro fashion and vintage accessories to eclectic homewares and quirky furniture, the Camperdown location promises an exciting and affordable alternative for Sydneysiders looking to shop sustainably without sacrificing style. Whether you’re hunting for a velour robe, a corduroy couch, or a statement lamp, there’s a good chance you’ll find something unexpected and unforgettable among the racks and shelves.

Savers has designed the new Camperdown site with the community in mind, aiming to cater to the area’s mix of university students, young creatives, and long-time locals. It’s a timely addition to the neighbourhood, where demand for unique, low-impact shopping options continues to grow.

The opening marks another big step for the for-profit thrift retailer, which only entered the New South Wales market last year. The Camperdown launch will be the brand’s fourth Sydney location, with a fifth, the Savers Marsden Park, which is set to open on August 21 in a newly developed retail precinct along Richmond Road.

Beyond fashion and furnishings, the Camperdown store offers a chance to embrace more environmentally conscious shopping habits. Savers’ broader network is known for diverting over 9 million kilograms of reusable items from landfill annually, a mission that aligns with the growing push for circular economy practices.
